Back pain and constipation
Sir I am 35 years old banker and obese . but I didn't had any kind of problems in the past . but these days I am facing a lot of issues . major one is back pain . once I get back from office and lay on bed I am unable to stand back easily . my back feels stiff and severe pain is there . I am also having constipation issues . I am not diabetic till date but when I checked my diabetes at home it was on the higher side . I feel tired all the time . kindly suggest me what test should I go through and what kind of treatment should I take .
