I have fever and chill last 4 days, no fever from yesterday but I feel more swet at midnight, pls let me know valuables advice for next. Here attached my lab test report.

My b 12 is 180.. and i hv sore throat from last 2 months.. andrecurring mouth ulcers from last 10 days.. i have mouth jaw and gums swelling and throat swelling as well..

Im taking Lorazep 0.25 (clonazepam) twice a day for my anxiety as per psychiatrist prescription. Now for some infection, dermatologist has prescribed Zeethron 500 (azithromycin) for 3 days. That doctor said no need to worry to take both in a day, asked to maintain a gap between two drugs. Are they safe to be taken on a same day without any interactions or side effects? Just want a second opinion..

I have recently suffered from back to back fever with in a month , so first question is what kind of health issue I am facing ?, and how much it costs for such medical check up ?
