I'm suffering with caugh at night time daily. Sometimes it's heavy. But  day time it's  normal . And also Thick spittle white caught. And some gastric feeling while eating or drinking anything.

Before 15 days my husband is diagnosed with typhoid but from past 3_4 days he is continually suffering from fever so we go to another doctor he told for lever test and sgot and sgpt levels are high, so doctor told not to take typhoid medicines any more we will first cure lever then automatically typhoid will remove, so from today normal saline are given with multivitamin and fever injection and saline will continue for 3 days more. So my concern is that, treatment is going on its correct direction or not?

I was diagnosed with typhoid in Feb after which I started taking my medication till March 24 but due to lockdown coudnt go to docter,so although I experienced no fever but I started having the problem of mild persistent dry cough which produces white thick mucus ,I undergone for my chest x-ray pa view ,in diagnosis a small faint patchy opacity was found in right lower zone paracardiac region ,I also undergone typhidot test which showed positive and sputum AFB was negative please suggest future course of action

Got a prick from a steel scrubber and continued to wash the utensils. After sometime noticed a water blister over the same spot. Tried to puncture it but it has a thick skin. Scrubber was not rusted. What should I do? Can it be septic?

Doctor my mother had a stiff neck in the morning..I pressed her neck in the back side and did some stretching exercises for the neck so that she could feel better..however since evening she is saying that the pain has subsided but at the place where I had pressed the neck,a small bump like thing is seen.. What might be the reason for it.. How should I treat this.. Is it too serious?? Do we need to visit a doctor immediately now (since it's night time now) or do we need to visit a doctor tomorrow?? Tomo I m going to visit ent.. For endoscopy now wt precautions should I take bcz anyways Dr puts mouth gag into my mouth and he ll do endoscopy... So wt all precautions I need to take bcz he is going to do endoscopy... Pls reply me...pls

For the past around 15 days, my body temeperarure stays on the higher side. In the early morning it is 97.6 to 97.8 and as the day progress, it goes to 98.3 or 98.5. If I am working somewhere like in kitchen or do anything, sometimes temperature goes to 99.2 to 99.6. No cold, no cough and no body aches. I got few tests done today where Widal was negative. TSH is 6.8 for which I am already taking Thyroxin 50mg. Urine test is normal. Blood platelet is 141. Lymphocytes is 40.7.Hemoglobin is 15. ESR is 4. T3 and T4 are normal. Total cholestrol is 203. LDL Cholestrol is 141 and Non HDL is 159. I feel bit exhausted when temperature goes to 99. I do not take any medicine. If I rest for 10 to 15 minutes, it automatically comes down to 98.4 or 98.5. Please suggest if there is something to be considered. Sugar fasting is 98.

Last week I had soaked fenugreek in an empty stomach and drunk raw neem juice, very next day I got cold like sinus headache and nose block, lost of taste and smell , since it says symptoms of corona I got fear and I took face steaming after now I can able to taste and little smell conscious, but I want to recover fully, please advise which specialises doctor I need to consult whether ENT or general physician or it will recover it in own.
