Avoid oily and spicy food, proper sleep, drink plenty of fluids, avoid stress and tensions, exercise regularly... Make this change in your lifestyle.. all these habits can reduce your gastric irritation.. if chest pain or discomfort persist u have to meet a physician nearby for further investigation and treatment
