Flu

I was experiencing mild grade fever and dry cough and sore throat since past 10 days and I started taking paracetamol and Azithromycin and ascoril d plus syrup for cough and my symptoms had subsided with just little fever and cough remaining and I was getting better and back to normal. But today afternoon  suddenly I experienced shortness of breath for few minutes and I monitored spo2 and it was 90% But after 30 minutes I was normal and spo2 was 95%. I still have mild fever and few episodes of dry cough . Could you please help me regarding this? Is it worry some ? Is it because of anxiety and stress or any other reason.

Suffering from cold that is not running nose..I feel cold is stuck in my chest and feel uneasy and weakness

No fever but feeling cold (had to sleep with blanket) and like a temperature.other person could not recognise temperature by body touch.. No taste of food... Please suggest some medicine or advice. Have a digestion issue in general and sometimes take kayam churan so not sure whether this problem is due to gas or stomach issue

I have developed a lump on my neck which is hard to touch. It has been four weeks since it has been there. It appears to be growing.. i also have chest pains which fo not go and difficulty breathing at times... i went to my physician two days ago who just touched it and said it's a cyst. He gave me some antibiotics and probiotics as well. Should i get a second opinion ?!

There are 5 members in our family including a children age 2.8 years. Other members are 69,58,32 years. Senior members is diabetic. No corona symptoms in our body. Can we take Tab Vit C, ZINCOVIT, Shelcal, Vit B complex? If yes kindly mention the dose. My kids has recovered from decentry just 1 day ago. May I give her Zincovit syrup?

Hello! My daughter is having a minute fever of 99C since 1 week. She is taking Advance Crocin- Paracetamol. But from yesterday the fever is not getting back to normal even after consuming this tablet. Can someone please prescribe the right medication she needed? Her 1week History: No other symptoms(cold, cough, breathing issue, etc.) have been observed. During initial days, fever was 98.6C, 98.8C, 98.9C, 99C and 97.6C too. No other discomfort is seen so please prescribe the medicines accordingly!!!

My dr has advice me NK cell by flowcytometry, MTHFr gene test So should go to hospital lab and give the sample / call for home collection called lab they send for home collection but than the person told me to better give at lab directly which is far so I am confused no instructions given by dr only that do it from max labs so is it a good lab and is this some special kind of test plz suggest what should I do
