My daughter is having fever 101 102 and having loose motions from last 2 days and the stool is sticky and bit frothy.

I need a medical certificate for my wife and self as we want to adopt a girl child and this is one of the required documents. Please advise the process of getting the certificate.

I am having cough since last 4 days specifically at night and morning..I am taking cough syrup on it but still cough is there. No fever no runny nose. I am checking temp and oxygen level daily and its normal. Yesterday had parietal lobe pain as well. Is it symptoms of corona? do I need to go through test? or any other medicines advisable?

From yestarday dinner i am not feeling well nasuea and vomit feeling with constant belching after eating uncomfortable feels in chest area like heartburn please suggest me any medicine.

Hello from last 10 days I m facing acidity issue I don't know why ? I allready have spondelysis.before15days for spondelysis I took Etoshine,Gabapin NT, Nurokind LC. And after that one day I found too much back pain for back pain I took flex MR tablet . And after that I faced acidity issue and constipation. I all ready have constipation problem but I never suffered with acidity this is first time . I tried lots of home remedies also but no effect .I drink lots of water also for acidity. Now I feel like something is in my thorat . Plz help me 😭

So I got my parathyroid hormone test today and its 64 pg/ml which is just near borderline (10-65) My calcium levels have been May 2019- 11.2 November 2019- 10.2 May 2020- 9.8 June 2020- 9.9 July 2020- 9.5 Vitamin D reduced from 30 to 11 So what shud i do? Do I have parathyroid disease? My calcium levels are falling as time is passing. Surgery needed for para??

Today I have tested CBC(Complete blood count) test and report awaited 10 minutes back before blood sample given, I took  Gas medicine i. e Razo 20mg(Rabeprazole 20mg) Before 10 minutes of test time.  Can Gas medicine i. e Razo 20mg(Rabeprazole 20mg) i.e taken 10 minutes BEFORE the blood sample given can affect/interfere my CBC(Complete blood count) test result report??

Lite fever and body pains ,used paracetamol 650 but temporary relief...no health issues before...from 4 days i am suffering...
