Asked for Male, 43 Years

I have pain in the middle of the chest and back at same point from morning 10...still have pain..now time is 8:30...I take 2 tablets for gas and 2 tablets of rantidine..but no use...what is this condition...There is necessary to go to hospital immediately..or is it ok?
