Hello dr. Plslet me know what tests do i need if I have experienced 10 kgs weight lossin 6 months... though my diet became less during this time and my sleep was disturbed too which can be a reason but still i want to be sure that no other reason is there..also my ige level is increased to 200.

I m suffering from throat infection.. With fever 100... From Wednesday.. Gone through CBC.. Doc prescribed me with dolo and antibiotics for 5day..my throat infection is improved but thermometer shows reading of 98.6 to 98.8.. Does it concider as a fever.. Feeling weakness also..

It's been a month that my left is painfully sometimes. The pain is not severe it's disturbing me in doing my daily activities and I m feeling weak in my arm. Sometimes the pain drops to the back of shoulder and sometimes I feel severe back pain. I am afraid it is a serious issue.

I am palpabling a small lymph node above my collar bone. It is very small. Ultrasound showed that lymph node i m palpabling is 0.4*0.3cm.should i need to worry because on other side it is not there.

I have recently been diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia. i am not able to tolerate iron supplements very well. can i take a dosage of 30mg iron and for how long should i take it? my current hemoglobin level is 10.5

Recently I feel back pain. When I go to doctor he checked my b.p which was 150/90. Then he advised some test all test are normal but some infections are found in urine. Then he suggested to culture test of urine, sonography and prescribed some medicines. So the culture test of urine and sonography report will be arrive soon. Now my question is that what is the reason of my back pain and the reason of high b.p. The pain is left side of my spinal cord. He prescribed eslo 2.5 for b.p. Please tell something and help me.

I had lower back pain from 15 days. My pain is the left side of spinal cord. When I go to doctor he checked my bp is high. It is 150/90. I don't know why it is high. Hi Doctor. I need few understanding regarding covid, one of collegue came in touch with a covid +ve patient so he was asked for testing, so 1st antigen test came as a +ve. And he is waiting for another result RT-PCR. He don't have any symptoms till now, its been 2 days from last contact. He is currently in isolated. Please advice is there any possibility that rt-pcr test comes asa -ve. Please provide few more details about these 2type of test. Thanks in advance
