I feel heat in my body but tempreture is 96/97 normal and stomach ache and nausea when i do brush in morning.. Feel weak why this happening what to do

Hi Doctor's my pulse rate will be between 50-60bpm while im lying on bed while sitting or standing it will be 60-75bpm, while jogging on treadmill it will be around 125-138bpm after jogging is finished within 5-8 minutes it comes down to 72-85bpm, don't have any health issues is it normal.. Recently was feeling heavyness/pain in chest and shoulder area so did Tmt, Ecg and Echo tests are normal and my Ef is - 69%..
