Hello Sirs, I have been tested +ve today. I am under home isolation and taking medicines as advised. Currently have intermittent fever and dry cough and slight weakness. Please advise, if I should continue the same or if any particular advice would help.

Last to last week I had running nose, light cough with light fever 99 to 100, I took paracetamol, ivermect, livcetro, azithromycin for 3 days and vitamin supplements as per doctors prescription... I had fever for almost 3 days, 1day 100 and 2 days 99...again today I got 100 fever with dry cough and light pain in my right upper abdomen near ribs area... I did my whole abdomen ultrasound and urine test and everyone came out fine. What to do next??? I have recurrence of mild fever

How would you recommend treating a dry cough caused by GERD (diagnosed medically)? I took some antacids previously for my heartburn, but now I'm always finding myself coughing especially at night when lying down - for the last 7 days. I have no other symptoms. I don't want to take more medication.
