Have asthma since 15 years very mild , prescribed to take foracort inhaler 400 when needed sometimes I feel I am breathing too fast I feel I am having some issues in breathing when I close my mouth since couple of days but it's sometimes only when I concentrate on that particular thing when  my mind is somewhere else I don't realise anything as such since today evening have started getting dry cough very little sometimes and slight irritation on my throat like a bitterness kind of that you only when I cough

I am waking up at night once or twice in a month gasping for air, I have acidity and anxiety Spirometry, chest x Ray. ECG, Echo, blood tests normal.
