Hello Doctor, From last 2 days , I am feeling bit feverish but no fever in thermameter. Feeling light headache , body pain , burning eyes. I also have bit cough . Should i go for corona test immediately or should take paracetamol for 3-4 days and test after that if not cured ? Note: I didn't get in contact with any of known covid-19 patient..

My father is coughing up hard chunks/ balls of Phelgm every morning, which is not like the normal saliva rather a greyish black cotton ball like. Occasionally it's yellow. As the day progresses, the phelgm remains thick but is not like the one in the morning. The phelgm also contains black particles, even though he is a non smoker. He has no fever. No diabetes, though he is taking medication for thyroid. This has been going in for a few months now. Other things are normal. Please suggest a remedy.

My mother is house wife Age 45 Weight 94 1 year back she diagnosed and her womb is removed. After that She feels giddiness in morning as soon she wake up And feels hungry. I am feeling like having dehydration in evening time. Drink almost 3ltrs water per day. Height 6'1", weight 88kg (recently loose 18kg in 4 months), full body profile reports normal, hba1c 5.7. rbs 104. Sgpt, creatinine level normal. Sgot normal towards lower limit. In morning well hydrated with frequent urination and clear pee, in evening urination episode lower and a bit dark yellow urine and sometimes strong smelly.

Hi, I am 22 years old and 6'2" in height.I am having weird sensations in back like I'm getting tingling sensations in upper back and my neck shakes involuntarily a bit sometimes and when I apply pressure on my back while inhaling I hear some breaking noises in my upper back.I don't understand what is this as I don't have any serious back pain but I get these weird feelings and these are distracting my focus a lot.Please help.

Hello, I took anti rabies vaccine 5 doses of rabivax  in Feb March 2020 after an exposure with cat After 6 months In August I had an reexposure. I started taking rabivax again after consultation. But I took 4 injection instead of 2. Will that cause any overdose. Or do I need to complete 5 dose schedule? I read that overdose of vaccine causes autoimmune diseases. I am bit worried.

I am non diabetic , non alcoholic. My lipid profile report is normal. My sgot is 30 but sgpt is 54. Is it very high? Earlier my usg report was mild fatty liver.  How to reduce sgpt level? Thank you.
