A wild cat live in our house, born here only never goes outside the house. But yelling continuously. She bite my brother in hand while trying to catch her. We clean the would with soap and then dettol. We also gave him tetnus shot. Does rabies vaccine need to be given? What else to be done ? Plz suggest.

I am getting severe headache, back neck pain and ear pain from last 4 days.I am really scared that it might be rabies as 5 months ago a street dog tried to bite me but nothing happened like there was no blood no teared skin and no redness on skin but since it was a long time ago I didn't remember that was there a cut already present to allow rabies to enter.even I don't remember that the dog really bited me or not or he just barked at me . I didn't took vaccine that time . 7 months ago I ate food at a shop and later got to know that they secretly added dog meat in that food .Now suddenly I started getting headache with neck and ear pain from 4 days. But I took 3 arv vaccine 2 month ago. This vaccine I took 4 months after the street dog incident that happened as told u . But I am really scared that the headache can be a symptom of rabbies. I don't know what to do .please help me doctors I am really scared and panicked,I think rabbies will kill me anytime .please help me what to do now??
