Body temp upto 99

I was having throat infection from last 5 days with fever took azithromycin n it gets better.. Done with cbc doc said viral ... Morning body temp is 98.6 during day it goes upto 99 and evening it is 98.4 does we concider this as a fever.. Or it is a normal body temperature..? How many days it take to get back to normal?

My mom is of 50 years & she is been taking Temsan H and thyronorm 50mg for BP & Thyroid from last 10years. When ever she got tests done her thyroid was normal and BP was normal too.
