Feeling Fever in evenings

My temperature has rising to 99.5 deg in evening times since 1 week. 15 days ago I have slight stomach ache and went to the Doctor. He proposed some medicines which is mentioned here. My CBC is good enough. I did covid antigen test showed negative. Temperature bis slightly increasing in evening times only. I am not able to get why it is happening like this. Did I need to go any other tests. Could you please suggest me
