Hi, I get fever two times a year primarily during the season changes, one onset of winter and the other on onset of summer. I have heard of influenza vaccine and thinking to getting a shot. My question is, what does the vaccine prevents, does it prevents the season change fevers that I get.

Has dengue since last monday yesterday platelet count increased to 1.62lakhs but stomach pain and body ache still there. And feeling tired after walking few steps

Today I fell on road and got many scratches and a big wound on foot. I saw that there were many street dog that were there and we're licking the road floor. Now I am scared that will I get rabies now. I had taken tetanus shot 5 months ago . But want to know that will I get rabies now as it could be that dog had licked the road and then I got injury on my leg from road. Please tell will I get rabbies now ?? I am unable to find doxy plus tablet in nearby chemist. Can an alternative medicine be suggested Thanks
