Influenza vaccine
Hi, I get fever two times a year primarily during the season changes, one onset of winter and the other on onset of summer. I have heard of influenza vaccine and thinking to getting a shot. My question is, what does the vaccine prevents, does it prevents the season change fevers that I get.

Yes But there is a limitation. Also you can improve your immunity by exercising and having good nutrition as you are a young person.
