Recently I have gone through full body check up in which I found out that I have deficiency of B 12 (141.5) and D 3 (11.54) I would like to know the medicine or injection that I must take to overcome this deficiency Pls suggest

1 month back recovered from covid 19 From 1 day onwards i feel heat from inside i checked tem its shows 98.4 i took cheston cold Is it post covid symtons or any problem

My father is 58. He is suffering from fever with chills since last week. His right side of abdomen also has a swollen area. Here i am attaching his CRP AND CHEST XRAY. The doctor we consulted isn't being very responsive. I am too confused and scared. Please help me know things. Ps: we will be going for USG tomorrow.

Hello... I am a 26yr old male.I had stretch marks on lower stomach going around lower back 7 months back. They were itchy and reddish in appearance but have faded couple of months back with less itching.
