Azithromycin 500 side effect
I just took azithromycin and I have gastric reflux issue so after intaking of this medicine I am feeling vomiting and burning sensation what to do? Should I stop the course as well?

Hello , Looks like antibiotic induced gastritis . Take Tablet Rantac 150mg twice a day ,it should subside . Regards Dr EMMANUEL MJ MD
