I'm 23 old young man but after coming from my office I feel exhausted and fatigue with slight body pain what should it is happening since very long time

A local doctor diagnosed it as a result of  hyper tension and blood pressure. But I'm still doubtful about what actually is happening as I'm still experiencing it time and again.

My thyroid tsh was 6 a month back to and t4 were normal and now its 3.9 I took thyronorm 25 mcg for a month I had hairfall and still I am having hairfall I read that its a different kind of thyroid disorder or its testing phase or what I would appreciate if anyone can tell me regarding this as most of the doctors didn't know this exists or not kindly reply

I have cold and no smell senses but also I don't have any symptoms of pain in throat no fever Nd no cough is it normal flu or covid19

Hb was 7.9 on 1st Oct after taking Iron tablets for 1 month but Hb was not increasing it was 7.8 on 30th Oct. There is no other gynec problem. What is the cause behind not increasing Hb and how it will be increase.
