My mother is feeling mild fever, body pain, discomfort from light, eye pain, joint pain, some times vomiting

I have body pains such as lower back pain, pain between upper back and neck region. Sometimes when I do some physical activity there is loss of balance as in falling sensation. Can you explain what is happening and prevention tips.

From 1 month there is some pressure or squeezing pain inside rectum and a constant feeling of incomplete bowel Pain is like irritation, pressure and squeeze No blood in stool No constipation stool is normal No mucus No previous history of this problem One doc say it may be a gastric infection I used antibiotics and other ppi drugs and painkillers but the problem is still there. What are other causes?

Chest Xray shows, "PROMINENT BILATERAL PERIHILAR VASCULAR MARKINGS ARE NOTED" rest all findings are normal What does that mean? Do I need to be concerned about it?

My father is having pre-diabetic condition and were on a strict diet following and physical activity like walking for 30-45 min. But nowadays he is having some leg pain in the right legs. Some stretching feeling and paining. What is this synptom suggest whether he is having some serious issue or something other. Please guide me.

Yesterday I had Master health check done, where in the levels of B, 12 is indicated as 2000 and folic acid ,750...,I am a diabetic and BP patient and also taking preventive heart Meds through prescription. I also have early stage Parkinson's and diabetic neuropathy...I also have a left renal cortical cyst of 4*3 cms , which has doubled in the last 2 1/2 years. My mother having following symptoms, since last 7 days She is post covid 4 months completed But Since last 7 days , At Afternoon and at night shivering with high fever 101-102 and at that time pulse rate rising to 120-130 And dizziness, Body pain with headache also heat in skin and frequent urine. Non diabatic Bp 100 -70 We want to know Where should we consult?? Which blood and urine test should be done??

My arm is paining since blood was drawn thrice for blood tests on 25th jan. Redness is also visible on skin. It was improving but today I played squash so the pain increased again. Kindly suggest treatment.
