  4. Blocked nose. S is it safe plz suggest!

I am in my third trimester & suffering from throat irritation &one side blocked nose & blood from some blood in my nose clots and even with sputum after getting flu vaccine & dpt vaccine how long it will take to get alright & is nasal spray safe to use and can I use saline nasal spray like navison s is it safe plz suggest
