Flu

Was uneasy and feeling sick from 2 days - 1st and 2nd April. Took 1st shot of covid vaccine on 2nd April. Fell down flat on ground at 12.30  in night after using washroom on 2nd April - after vaccine - exactly after 9.5 hours Had symptoms - Cough, fever , body pain, vomits He has tested +ve for covid on 4th April Diabetic patient from long time. Current symtoms - No fever, High congestion, Bulghum, Cough, Vomits everything he eats.. can't consume any food, excessive weakness, dizziness, nausea, excessive body pain, doesn't feel like sitting up or moving. Please suggest what's to be done.

E gene Ct - 11.8 Rdrp gene ct - 16.6 I am having fever (100+), body ache, irritation in throat and nose (can still smell and taste). No cough. I am taking arithromycin and dolo 650. What medicines should I take ?

My son 20 year has diagnosed as viral fever on last Saturday after conducting all test including COVID and he is recovering. I am having mild body aces from Saturday evening some time dry throat and mild headache body is feeling warm but no fever. I have Covid in Nov 20 and recovered very well.Pl advice what to do is initial sign of viral or something else.
