Hi, since the end of Jan 2021, im get sudden episode of high fever 101.F with mild chills randomly on some days. On 30th Jan got fever. A local physician put me on cefixime + paracetomol for 5 days course. Felt better. Took Dengue and Typhoid test. Came negative On feb 6th 2021, again fever. Took a CPM injection at PHC. Fever came down.No fever since then. Fever again on Feb 19th.Took covid test on feb 19. Results Negative Today evening Feb 28th sudden 101.F fever with chills . I also experience lower bowel borbogymhi,gas, discomfort, cramps and sometimes loose stools. No cough. No breathing problems.

I am having last 3 days. The fever is up and down. When i am taking dolo650 after then the body temperature will decrease but again it will come after 3 to 4 hrs. I am getting body pain also in fever time.

Today i am getting blackouts and unconsciousness very frequently . I don't know why . Please tell me what to do is it something serious??
