Typhoid Positive Igm with Heavy Cough.

Respected Sir / Mam I have tested positive for Typhoid and I am given 9 medicines by My doctor which are very hard to take . I am tired from this . It is my 4th day and I have very heavy Cough, I keep Coughing every 10-15 minutes with Bulgam . Also I have difficulty in Exhaling . Inhaling is fine but Exhale is problem . And my fever is 101 - 100.8 , My covid report is Negative . Kindly please anyone prescribe any Home remedy or Any Alopathy medicines. Request please .
