Typhi IgM as weak positive

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I had typhoid 2-3 months back, but i am recently getting minor fever of 99-99.5 in the evenings. So, i got my test done again to check, so the reports say the Typhi IgM as weak positive and typhi H says reactive upto titre 1:40, does this mean i still have typhoid fever? Or is it normal?
