As per guidelines people who are affected with mild covid are isolated at home for 14 days. If one wants to be sure of thier recovery and to ensure not to spread further which test would help? Should we go for antigen or rtpcr? Read somewhere thah rt pcr will show positive even after recoevery

I was diagnosed with chickenpox on 12th morning and fever started occurring on 9th with lesions appearing on 11th night. Since then I haven't been able to sleep because of too much itching. I tried calamine lotion too but no effect. Just today in the evening I started having problem in swallowing too. Please tell me how to reduce itching so I atleast can get some sleep.
