My father took vaccine after thag also the antigen test is positive so need to do rt-pcr test aur sometimes after vaccination antigen test may show positive ?

I am 30 yrs old (M). I am Covid +ve since 10 days without any symptoms. I have no cold, fever, headache, loss of sense of smell or taste. But I am having some digestion issue since last 3-4 weeks before Covid test. I go to toilet ( for stool )after 2-3 hrs or having meal or smoking (Mostly Non Veg or heavy meal), sometimes loose stool and sometimes normal. No abdominal pain or any kind of pain.
