My body is feeling tired even after taking a complete sleep.I don't understand why this is happening?

I am eating healthy and 5-6 meals in a day and still not gaining wait please tell me the reason and how I can gain weight

Fever(every 5 to 6 hrs) from 13th April with Headache and Body pain. Took Dolo tablet for fever but still it is coming back in every 5 to 6 hrs.

After taking complete sleep then too my body is feeling tiredness.Why so? Is this is symptom of Covid or just another problem

Having fever ranging from 98.4 to 99.8 after taking vaccine covidsheild on Sunday afternoon .On Sunday night fever was 100.8 and then thereafter it is ranging from 98.4 to 99.8 and also having body pain during fever  . Taking dola 650 whenever temperature is above 99 .pls advice

My father age 52 has been tested covid positive since 4 days and since 6 days he have fever more than 100 °F and is not changing even after proper 4 days of medication (fabiflu,zinc,vitamin c , etc.). My concern is that what to do now? Is it normal if he has fever since 4 days on and off though oxygen level is 96-97 . If it is not normal then what are the steps and way ahead i should look for ? Kindly Help

Is it possible that someone suffering with fever has 88 oxygen level at 6:30 PM can have 98 at 7:30 PM...(done with oximeter at home n oximeter at hospital) ...after how many days we are suggested for covid test in case of fever cough n running nose

Dry cough persist from 2 weeks and body feels stiff. Weakness. What medication and test get done. Rtpcr report is negative.
