Hi 27f .having severe upper back(just at the back of breast )and sometimes left breast discomfort done all blood tests all are normal but d3 is defieciency using tablets. Usg breast and usg thorax are same or different?I want to get it done

In retrospection, since the last 3 years... gradually the strength in my thighs started decreasing causing a few falls.. Then along with the thighs, the calfs felt tight & then lastly the Gluteal muscles got very weak too. Now it's to a point that I can't even walk 15 steps. The thigh, calf & gluteal muscles get stiff/ tired, as if, after a mountain climb & I have to sit down. Heart races too. Can't climb even one step. Feel weak in the legs. I have BP & take Telma 40 & Inderal LA 40 & Rosuvas 10mg. Am also on Serta 100mg. Last 3 years I have had a sedentary lifestyle. Am 44, 5'2 & weigh 71kgs ( have put on 10kgs in last 3 years.) What should I do?!

Dear Doctors, My recent reports shows that I have vitamin D3 deficiency. Vitamin D , 25- Hydroxy is 11.8 ng/ml and Serum Vitamin B 12 is 233 pg/ml. Doctor has recommended me Vitamin D3 tablets biweekly for one month and the weekly for next 3 month. I am also taking multi vitamin once daily. Can I take Corcal bone and beauty tablet once daily with the given tablets?

There are some medicines which are very costly and their substitutes are available for as low as 30% of their cost. Is it safe to take the medicines with the low cost or there is a compromise with the quality/composition??
