My mother is suffering from Sjögren syndrome and she is taking Pilomax 5mg from few years, as prescribed the doctor. Due to unavailability of this medicine it is really difficult, it would be helpful if anyone please tell me about any alternative or the substitute of this medicine! thank you in advance

My wife having issue related to her period. Sensitive body. I can't bear cold. Also I can't bear fan while sleeping. Get throat infection or running nose or stuffy nose in the mornig. Also I have high bladder neck problem. Very poor flow of urine. Is there any relation between these two problems?
