I am having headache and fever 102 and it feels like my skin is paining and my ankle is paining too I took paracetamol 500 mg so fever is down but forehad is heavy. and I took Azithromycin 500 mg prior to this for 5 days This symptoms occurred when I had dengue two year back and urine infection. So should I go for dengue check up or covid coz my brother is covid patient currently

Hello, I am suffering with fever and throat pain since yesterday night. Today morning I went to diagnosis centre and gave sample for Covid-19 test. The report will be released by Tuesday as informed by the diagnosis centre. My symptoms are indicating that the Covid-19 report would be most probably positive. Since I have type 2 diabetes, I believe I should atleast start the medication such as antibiotics till I get my Covid-19 report. Currently I am taking tablet Volix R 0.2/1mg and Tablet Remo M 1000 for type 2 diabetes. Please suggest what antibiotics should I start till I get my Covid-19 report. I took dolo 650mg yesterday and today for fever.
