I have tested positive for Covid. Please advise some medications. Not feeling too serious. Just a cough and fever sometimes.

Can antibodies be generated after first dose of covishield, at present is first dose really helpful to fight with covid or need second dose?

My uncle and aunt have both been diagnosed covid positive today with ct values 20 and 25 respectively. Uncle's symptoms are severe and aunt's symptoms are not that severe. They are both in home quarantine. The problem is that they have a one year old sone who is currently being breadtfed. He doesn't stay with anyone except my aunt. Also, my grandmother stays there, who is bedridden. So, my aunt has to manage the house chores as well as the baby and the cooking of meals. Can anyone please suggest are the risk factors and what can be done in this situation?
