I have to suffer whole week , before my period starts...lots of depression and angry .cant handle it.

Hi Doctors, Last week I drank water from the mud pot(new one). After 2 days developed irritation in the throat and then dry cough. Last 2days have fever around 101deg. Taking Dolo 650. Should I avoid the mud pot water or can I have it once I am fine My concern is does it effect everytime i drink from the pot or for the 1st time in every season or does my body doesnt accept mud pot water.? Bcoz my mother also can't drink from neither mud pot nor from the fridge anyday it will cause her cold, sore throat and fever for 2-3days. Please can anyone help me on this.
