My son 20 year has diagnosed as viral fever on last Saturday after conducting all test including COVID and he is recovering. I am having mild body aces from Saturday evening some time dry throat and mild headache body is feeling warm but no fever. I have Covid in Nov 20 and recovered very well.Pl advice what to do is initial sign of viral or something else.

Hi, My doctor informed me that I may have Gilbert syndrome ( last test result - Total bilirubin -1.79 ) He informed me that I can eat anything as it is not harmful for your health. Can I really eat anything or should I avoid eating oily , fried foods , meat & milk items ?
