Hi doctor, My platelets count remains on low side. Last I got it checked 2 years back and it was 96000. I had a routine CBC test today and it was 65000. Is this a matter of concern? I have no symptoms or visible sign of this.What else I can do to increase the count? Please tell

Hello Doctor, My mother age 58, feeling feverish since past 2 days. Her fever is 103 F in morning and come down to 100F after having medicine, paracetamol. Again today morning she had same situation. No pain in body, no smell loss, no gastro related problem. Only fever, fatigue, and small headache and little cough. She never has bp or diabietes problem. She is maintaining 97-98 sat oxy level. Kindly suggest what medicine she should take? Also do we need to go for covid testing?

So my partner and I were intimately close on 14th apr  a day before he got symptoms and next day that is on 16th tested pos itive for covid . I took the test on 16th and tested negative.. we both isolated us at different properties..I have had no symptoms..my spo2 is between 96 to 98. No fever.. no cold ..no bodyache ..the only thing i have till date is dizziness ( sleepy head ) and itchy throat. I did a test again and today I tested negative again ..keeping in mind the new strain should I be worried or should I take it that I am fine ? Just scared and worried as has been getting mixed answers.

Can vitamin c tab be taken in cough for the prevention of covid. Is it ok to take electoral powder too.
