Sudden stinging pain lower abdomen left

I am having discomfortness in body since 2 days, today in morning i felt weakness while doing outdoor work, i was only done 2 cups of water and no breakfast done, so i thought it is because of dehydration. But now i am having leg discomfortness and slight weakness in both legs.
