I am 41 year old and suffering from bleeding piles last 8 years.  I am facing problem of bleeding (everyday) from piles last 20 days at the time of latrine without any pain. Some part come outside from anus and I am pushing back and bleeding stop. I am taking Ayurvedic treatment - Pilex tablets with oiltments but no improvement. Pls suggest

On first day, I got redness in one eye on first day. On second day, both eyes got red and a little headache started. On third day, redness in both eyes is gone but headache is still there. Blood pressure is normal but heart beat is high (BP: 120/80   ; Pulse: 117 bpm). Heart beat gets normal after taking paracetamol. Today is fourth day, headache and heart beat problem is still continuing. Please suggest on what to do next.
