Flu

I was tested Covid positive on 15april2021 and after consultation I started taking medicines prescribed by doctor (azicip and multivitamins). However my fever is not coming down below 100 and every night it's reached up to 103. Oxygen saturation is 95-96. Please advice how can I manage Covid fever.

From yesterday my temperature is 101 with both legs pain and little bit cough, if I am using dolo650, temperature decreased then after 5 hours the temperature will increased to 101, please tell me the medication

In this covid -19 situation can someone ( age 27 years) take influenza and pneumococcal vaccine? Will it be effective? what is the dose for adults?

My father has taken second dose on 16/4/2021.His age is 65 and only having medicine for Thyroid - 25 and BP of 40. But now he is having from yesterday and from 17/4/2021 two members are home quarantine as they are having positive covid-19. They are normal in temperature but my dad is having fever. My Mother got tested positive for COVID-19 on 7th April. Her CRP levels are 4.21 when she got tested 6th April. Her Medications were: Tab Azitharal500mg daily. Tab Paracetamol 500mg twice a day. Montage LC one tab daily. Steam inhalation twice a day. Tab methylprednesolone 4mg twice a day for 5 days in addition to other treatment taken. She had fever and headache initially but only her low grade fever and weakness persists. Kindly tell what should be done to bring the fever down, thanks. I have a basic query regarding fever. Is everything above 98.6 a fever? What's a low grade fever? Should one be worried with anything below 99 or 99 also?

My blood serum report came with value 140 pg/mL for vitamin B12. Can i take tablet of methycobalamine 1500mcg once daily for this? If yes, How long do i need to take this for this deficiency? I am not facing any health issues as such. Thanks
