I am having cold, fever, vomiting once in morning today, running nose. I took nicip plus, aciloc and a tablet for vomiting. So can I have safexim 200?

My mother is suffering from unbearable severe headache and low blood pressure. She has lost the sense of smell and taste from 3 days, covid report came negative. She is an asthama patient. Fatigue, fever and body ache has been persistent in the last 5 days. Please suggest if this could be something serious.

My Wife is having fever with temperature of 101.4 and mild cough and cold, she have already self isolated and taking paracetamol as primary treatment for fever. What are the next steps and should we go for covid test if situation remains same for a day?

Friday night onwards I had a severe joint pain and tiredness. Saturday got mild fever 98 to 99.5 degree , I started medicine from 17th allegra and dolo 650 . Sunday no heavy fever I continued the dolo 650. Today temp around 95 . Very tired and slight ear pain and body ace , feel very dull no fever now. I haven't taken any antibiotics. Wife has running nose she is already vaccinated for Corona. Need ur expert opinion
