Flu

Currently having no severe issue except SP02 that is fluctuating between 85 to 89 . so what to do in this case. we are giving her oxygen when value get dropped else she is not facing any respiratory problem but still spo2 level is not increasing.

My mom (53 yrs) had fever and body pain 10 days ago, after 4 days she doesn't have fever but she is having cough and today she has fever (99) also, done blood test D-Dimer and CRP is normal, Platelets was-1.2lacs... oxygen level-98 She is taking Covid recommended medicines also. Plz suggest what should I do... should I go for Hrct ?

Father got covid positive 15 days back by a rapid antigen test, started Azithromycin course for 7 days, now on mucinac 600, broclear, ecosprin, dolo, prednisolone 10mg( was already on 5mg prednisolone and 100mg azoran for sarcoidosis treatment), now his congestion has fully improved, feels better and spO2 is >96 all these days. But still after 15 days his rtpcr came positive with ct value of 20, should any other medication such as favipiravir need to be started or he is in recovery phase and will eventually improve. Pls suggest

Hi Doctors, First of all thanks alot of all hard work u people doing in this difficult time. I had a chill n fever 100, 4 days back had dolo only 1 tablet n then fever never returned, but i have productive cough n weird smell in nose, running nose. No fever no headach but general weekness which is better after 3 days. I have no taste but smell is fine till now. My SPO2 is 99. Doc prescribed me Azithromycin, Zincovit, Vit c and steam . Do i have to go for RTPCR or its just passing flu not covid? very confuse please help.

Sir, I am allergic to temperature change. Due to this i suffers with many sneezing and nasal congestion. I usually takes Levocitrazine and Montelucast tab. Also uses Floresp AZ nasal spray. But from last 4 days i am suffering from frequent nasal congestion 5 to 6 time in a day and also in night. Please prescribe some medicine. Thankyou in advance.

From past two days my stomach was upset and got fever -98...99 ...I took paracetamol 650 and metrogyl 400...stomach issue is ok today.but when  I take paracetamol fever goes down and again comes after 5-6 hours..fever range from 98.5 to 100.. Plz suggest..
