Headache from last 3-4 days on the part above the eyes. What could it be ? I am a software professional using laptop all day

After exercising in gym mostly after cardio( cycling, running, and more) after 30 minutes my breathing rate increases and heart rate too at that time I can feel some little pain in left side of my chest

He is a Asthama patient. He is taking his medication as per the priscription. From last 4 days he is not feeling well. On 16th April, he had loose motion. But he doesn't have fever on that day. Yesterday night he had mild fever. He has cough. And for that he is taking Bro zedex cough syrup. Prior to this, sometimes due to Asthama he faced these mild fever n cough. But this time I am very concerned. Kindly suggest some medicines for him. Can anyone please help me with the same? I will be very thankful for that. I will be looking forward for replies.

Today I went to hospital.. my bp 160/100 I got scared as NEVER been this high.. I take metaprol xl 25 mg already to control heart rate. I am having dizziness, chest pain and acidity They asked me to take telma 40 mg n take rest.. now at home I checked my bp is 140/80 on omron machine I have taken telma 40 mg also

I am having fever and i feel like there is no energy in my body. I took paracetamol today. Please suggest something.

Having fever from 16th April, body & head ache, sore throat, initially cough & cold also. I am diabetic (4 years) and hypertension (diagnosed last year only) also. Taking regular medicines for that. MetGem 500 mg, Amaryl 1mg & Eritel 40.
