Am covid postive.. having dry cough and fever 101..as am continuing coughing am exerted..am having trouble mainly due to dry cough.. please suggest doctors

My father is tested for Covid + but he has allergetic problem for DOXT GROUP mdicine . So, one of my family doctor suggested him to take Azithromycin-500 for 5 days, Histafree 120 for 5 days, Brophyle N for 10 days twice a day, P-650 twice a day, Immu c plus daily one after lunch and Zincovit CL syrup 2 tablespoon twice a day 2. He has already started all the medicines and already taken 4 AZIMID-500. As there was only 4 AZIMID-500 in the shop. So the shop keeper has given him AZY-500 one, that he will take tomorrow. So his five days AZITHROMYCIN course will complete tomorrow. Kindly inform me are all the medicines ok for him or not?

Is shore throat is only syptoms of covid is it possible.. my ent is telling is acid reflux problem no corona related but I feel anxiety. So asking. I am 3 month pregant.

After her final vaccination, she finds difficulties like dry cough, headache , body pain, eye irritation and fever comes & goes. As I understand if test for covid she might get only positive due recent vaccine. She is taking medicine for BP/ sugar etc. Need advice if she needs to go for CT scan etc now or hold for min one week of vaccine & then reach out for further analysis

Ivermectin 12 mg weekly once has been recommended as preventive medicine by our company doctor against Covid infection and to continue till threat persists. Query is : whether a breastfeeding mother of six months can this medicine?
