I am getting fever from last night temperature is ranging between 99 to 101.need some advice as to what medicine/antibiotic to have.

My father have fever around 100 from past few days which comes and goes. Now he started having vomiting and he is having weakness too much. He is not eating much neither he is having a taste for it. what should i do ?

Hello doctor, my mother 62 years old. She had 3 times abdominal operation (family, apendix and uterus). From past 15 days she has pain near lower abdomen(near pelvic bone front and lower back) and simultaneously she has pain only in right  back. She has bp and diabetic. Please suggest what medicine she has to take. She is avoiding any heavy weight lifting. During this pandemic situation I am avoiding her to take out.
