My mother in law aged 63 is suffering from chronic pain on the right side of lower region of abdoman from past 5 days which is radiating right side of back and in groin area. She is taking combiflam to reduce pain but its not subsided. Suggest any test or medicine to her for this pain...

Plz undergo an ultrasound abdomen scan tomorrow and share the report. It is ureteric calculi. Treatment depends on size and location of stone.
