Hello, I am having neck pain which is frequent like sometimes I can feel it and sometimes not. I can't sleep on my stomach facing the right side because it stretches the neck and it hurts. The pain is not that sharp but it's uncomfortable and I can't sleep. Also sometimes at night my hands feel too weak while sleeping like they don't have any energy to move at all. My Vitamin B12 is borderline around 200. Could the deficiency be causing the issue? Thanks

My dad was admitted in hospital for 9days and after coming hone we have noticed he had bed sore in lower back just above his right buttock, it was small earlier but seems like non recovery, I have been dressing up with NS and mega heal gel but seems like wider now..he has something blackish on his right leg as well attaching all the pics from initial bed sore till now and right leg blackish thing as well Please advise
