Hey!!
Can we take Fopymin Tablet 10's and Uprise D3 caspsules on the same day.
I have low vit12 which is 115 pg/ml and low vit D3 which is 8.43 ng/mL
Taking Fopymin tablet 10's everyday for 6 weeks
Taking Uprise d3 capsule once a week for 8 weeks

Lower limit for Vitamin B12 is 120pg/ml.
Lower limit for vitamin D3 is 20 ng/ml.
Are you using antacids or diabetic medication?
For b12 deficiency your oral medication will suffice provided u have mild disease or asymptomatic.
For vit d deficiency also medication will suffice.but will need maintenance of 1500-2000Iu/ day after serum level have normalised.
