Low vitamin d3
My vitamin d3 level were severely low at 2.75 . I have taken uprise d3 60k for 3 months and completed that course. Do I need to continue the medicine anymore ?

Omg It's drastically low. Inj uprise d60k once a month for 3 months. Or orally Uprise d60k three times a week for eight weeks followed by one per month for six months. Diet correct with dairy products.  Lots of buttermilk,  curd paneer,   etc

Just repeat once again and see where the parameters are actually. If required take it further if not then chill take morning sunlight that will be enough for maintenance
