After shaving, noticed after two days some bumps under my armpit in right arm, am not sure they are razor bumps or not as my left arm is in perfect shape and I am also very hygienic in general.
These bumps were in cluster format but not too huge, they are in 3 places, I expected them to go away naturally, but they didn't, rather happened to become red inflammatory, painful when pressure applied or happen to do arm movement. Can understand the formation of puss inside, need to soften the puss in order to drain it. Not sure wheather to call it a lump, or abscess or acne. It is not in the state that I can take drying medication. If I do so, might be it will be fine but a hard lump will remain. So it I need medication to fast forward the draining process and to reduce the pain, and something to make it gone completely. What should I do?
