I have been feeling weak from last 3-4 months. Sometimes I notice foam or bubbles in my urine. I also get painful, pimple-like bumps on my scalp/head, especially when I feel stressed. They are painful when I touch them. I would like to know what might be causing these symptoms and whether I need any blood or urine tests.

Foamy or bubbly urine persisting over time is worth taking seriously — it can indicate protein loss through the kidneys (proteinuria), and combined with months of unexplained weakness, this combination shouldn't be dismissed as unrelated. A urine routine/microscopy along with a spot urine protein-creatinine ratio would be more specific than a general urine test for this particular concern. The scalp bumps are very likely a separate issue — possibly stress-related folliculitis or scalp acne, especially since you mention they flare with stress — but worth confirming on examination rather than assuming, since painful bumps can occasionally need different treatment depending on the exact cause. Given these are two different systems potentially involved, I'd suggest a consult so we can prioritize the right tests for the kidney-related concern first, and look at the scalp issue separately.
Symptoms r related to different system.
Urine complete n microscopic
Urine culture n sensitivity.
Fbs, ppbs2 cbc esr crp
Plenty of water n liquid lemonade electoral powder buttermilk curd to combat weakness.
Citralka syr 15 ml with half glass of water three times for 7 days.
Consult neurosurgeon for scalp as it needs examination.
Try zerodol sp three times after food for pain

Foamy urine can be due to concentrated urine, should be checked for protein in urine.
Please book a consultation with your reports and history so the appropriate blood and urine tests can be advised rather than testing unnecessarily.
You can do a cbc crp and urine examination
The small bumps may be infection of hair follicles causing folliculitis
Avoid using oil on scalp
If there’s dandruff use l
antidandruff shampoo
Also do vit D vit B12 and serum Tsh
Persistent weakness paired with foamy urine can indicate protein loss from the kidneys (proteinuria) or underlying issues like diabetes. The painful scalp bumps linked to stress often point to scalp folliculitis or tension-related inflammation
Next Steps
Routine Urine Test (Urinalysis): Checks specifically for protein, blood, sugar, and signs of infection in your urine.Urine Albumin-to-Creatinine Ratio (UACR): Accurately measures small amounts of protein leakage if basic tests are unclear.Blood Tests: A basic metabolic panel including serum creatinine and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) to assess kidney function, alongside a complete blood count (CBC) and blood sugar (HbA1c) check for fatigue causes.
