My mother age 56, tested positive on 18th april. Currently she is taking methylpredisonol 8mg once a day. She has no history of diabetes and hypertension. She is only having fever problem which comes and go without medicine from 99-100F. My question is how we stop taking steroids dose? Also, do she require blood thinner. Her 9th day D-dimer was 0.35 um/ml. Is there any particular medicine for pneumonia cure?

I am going through the above medication (DoxT, Montair LC, Zincovit, Limcee, Dolo650, Medrol 16 Mg). Today it's 7 days now, I am having lot of weakness and sore throat. Do I need to go for any test now or any further medicine is required?

I have very low vitamin b12 level (68 pg/ml). I have started 1000 micrograms b12 capsules. How often should I take it ? Once per week is fine ?
