Yes, please monitor the oxygen levels at home and record the values, 92% is borderline and would need oxygen support,  hospitalisation might be required if condition is deteriorating and also we usually take a call based on lung involvement in CT scan and blood values of inflammatory markers.
Next Steps
monitor spo2 levels and keep a record..if trend of values recorded  going down, to admit in hospital as patient will require oxygen support
Health Tips
headache can be due to dehydration, encourage the patient to drink plenty of water(if she doesn't have any fluid restrictions as in heart patients/ nephro patients).pls make sure she is on adequate treatment and in case of deteriorating condition to admit to hospital with relevant investigations

Consult now and work it out. No need for hospitalization immediately. Monitor symptoms and oxygen levels.

Hi, recheck her oxygen levels and keep monitoring them 6 hourly. Also get her RT-PCR,CRP, CBC, HRCT done and consult for further evaluation
